1. Applicable position: Project Manager (start working in Apr, 2021)
2. Referral Bonus amount: 20,000,000 VND Gross

4. Application and Interview process:
The process is comprised of below steps:
- Apply and submit your CV & Cover letter.
- First Interview: Seadev Introduction and Core Values review with HR.
- Complete standardized technical assessment and evaluation.
- Technical interview with Product Director & Project Managers.
- Final interview with the CEO.
Note: Candidates will go through each step above and will advance to the next step upon successful completion.
5. Eligibility & other notes:
- Only referral for new candidates will be eligible. Candidates that have applied or been referred to SEADEV previously, will not be eligible for the referral program. Proof of ineligibility will be provided.
- The successful candidate must pass probation and sign a minimum of a one-year contract with SEADEV for the referrer to receive the bonus.
- The payment of the bonus will be made to the referrer once the candidate finishes 6 months working at SEADEV.
- The relationship between the parties shall be that of independent contractor and not as an employer/employee. When paying the Contractor under this Agreement, SEADEV shall withhold no Personal Income Tax or other deductions except with the specific written agreement.
- The successful Referrer shall be responsible for paying any Personal Income Tax.
