Public Referral Bonus Program details:
1. Time: Sep – Oct, 2021
2. Referral Bonus amount: 5,000,000 VND Gross
3. Apply to: All referrers who are not current SEADEV full time employees

5. Recruitment process:
- Apply and submit your CV & Cover letter.
- First Interview: Seadev Introduction and Core Values review with HR.
- Complete standardized technical assessment and evaluation.
- Technical interview with Product Director & Project Managers.
- Final interview with the CEO.
6. Eligibility & other notes:
- Only referral for new candidates will be eligible. Candidates that have applied or been referred to SEADEV previously, will not be eligible for the referral program. Proof of ineligibility will be provided.
- The successful candidate must pass probation and sign a minimum of a one-year contract with SEADEV for the referrer to receive the bonus.
