JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the ShedPro (https://shedpro.co) team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with some hands-on experience in Google Ads who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to real client results.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of advertising campaigns, working under the guidance of the Google Ads Lead. Your main role will be campaign execution, data entry, reporting assistance, and ensuring tasks are completed on time and according to specifications.

You will report to the Google Ads Lead and work closely with the Service Delivery teams.

What do you need?

Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
Some experience or formal training in Google Ads (campaign setup, keyword research, etc.)
Basic understanding of Google Ads types (Search, Display, Video, etc.)
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and task ownership.
Ability to follow instructions, take feedback, and meet deadlines.
Google Ads Certification or willingness to achieve certification within the first 3 months.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

What will you do?

Campaign Setup & Management
- Assist with campaign setup, keyword research, ad copywriting, and basic targeting.
- Set up tracking tools with guidance from senior team members.
- Monitor campaign status and escalate issues when needed.
- Help track budgets and organize campaign assets.
SEO Tasks (Pre- and Post-Launch)
- Support keyword research and meta-tag optimization for new client websites.
- Conduct basic on-page SEO reviews after site launch (checking headers, image alt text, internal linking, etc.)
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure sites are SEO-ready.
Internal Content Support
- Assist with creating or updating blog posts, landing pages, social media channels, and other internal marketing content.
- Conduct content audits and identify areas for improvement.
- Help gather performance metrics for internal reporting.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the Ads Specialist and Product teams to align campaign and SEO efforts.
- Prepare performance reports using Google Ads and Analytics tools.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss task progress and improvement areas.
